Dear Girl Scouts,

Welcome to the "Be Kind. Be Mindful. Be Ok" program - a weekly #gokonjo resource for Girl Scouts!

I am so glad you are here. I cannot wait to be a resource for you during this current season. Check back each week for a something special just for you. I'll provide a different lesson, activity, or resource each week that will hopefully help in your daily life.

If you have any requests or questions, please reach out! That's what I am here for. I've created a special email address just for you! You can email girlscouts@gokonjo.com at any time and it will reach myself and Hannah M. (Girl Scouts Lakes and Pines). Together we've created this program, and together we will be a resource just for you.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Miss Melissa is a trauma informed yoga educator for kiddos, ages 3-17. She's the founder of konjo and she really loves a few things: cats, books, arts and crafts, family, and friends. She also, LOVES GIRLS SCOUTS, which is why she has teamed up with Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin Lakes and Pines to provide this cool programming.

Each week, she’ll provide insight on how yoga can help when times get tough. A blog post created especially for Girl Scouts will be posted by Thursday afternoon each week. This is geared towards older Girl Scouts (grades 6-12) but is a resource for all.
