ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Miss Melissa is a trauma informed yoga educator for kiddos, ages 3-17. She's the founder of konjo and she really loves a few things: cats, books, arts and crafts, family, and friends. She also, LOVES GIRLS SCOUTS, which is why she has teamed up with Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin Lakes and Pines to provide this cool programming.
Each week, she’ll provide insight on how yoga can help when times get tough. A blog post created especially for Girl Scouts will be posted by Thursday afternoon each week. This is geared towards older Girl Scouts (grades 6-12) but is a resource for all.
